But, from that day a new class named potter has been introduced in the society. they served the people of their respective village and earned their living. they didnot know what is design and what is marketing.

Like every field of life, Pottery has also been undergone vast change in its design and style. Artisan also prefers to sell their product in national markets, exhibitions or stalls through Govt. and non govt. organization.

MARKETING PROCEDURE:

An rural artisan dose not know how to sell his products in high places. Only suitable marketing systems can make his products value added. It is the duty of every govt. and state to guide those artisans for better marketing system. The marketing agencies of this field should be Artisan oriented.

The introduction of new products to national or international market will provide new dimension to the system. The exporters should give priority to qualitaive production.
The problem related to exporting of teracotta items is its poor durability. The products are ductile and prone to scratching or braking. So, technical systems of packing and transporting should be accelerated for safe marketing.
